Once the credit has been acquired, the SPV can manage it in several ways
The credit was purchased at a value between 30% and 60% of the debt, so it can be offered for purchase to the same debtor at a strong discount, with a % gain for the SPV
Make agreement with the debtor to sell the asset at market value, obtaining : credit purchase costs + capital gain per SPV + liquidity for the original debtor
Wait for the course of the executive procedure of the asset, then get to the auction with collection of the purchase price + capital gain increases in auction;
